Plano Family Dental has an extremely talented and caring staff, they go the extra mile to ensure the comfort and oral health of their patients. Dr. Joseph and team have exceeded my expectations for every appointment and I have never been more satisfied with a dental practice. I plan on visiting them for many years to come for all of my dentistry needs.

Love this office! Always professional, caring and gentle! Never made me feel dumb when I ask any questions, always super informative! My 5 and 3 yo see them as well and everyone is super patient with them! Had a filling done and barely felt the doctors needle prick. He has such a gentle touch! I used to work for a dental office so I have always had a high standard and picky from front office to bed side manners its all important to me! New to the area and I wont go anywhere else!

Dr. Joseph is so friendly and attentive and very skilled at what he does! His dental staff is excellent as well! Highly recommend.

My experience with this dentist was *very* positive until we had to deal with their front desk / billing people. Be sure you check with your insurance and verify you understand what will and won't be covered before you go to this Dentist. Do not believe anything their front desk staff tells you in person or over the phone. When they tell you they will "write off anything not covered by your insurance", understand that this is lie. While I really liked Dr. Joseph and his wonderful hygienists, his front desk staff are just not trustworthy and clearly have no idea what they are doing. The story: Before our first appointment I asked if they accepted Delta Dental Insurance. Rather than saying "No" they just said they would submit a claim and then write off anything that our insurance didn't cover. To me, that meant "Yes". The truth is that they do NOT accept Delta Dental and are NOT in-network. To add insult to injury, their statement about writing off balances isn't even true either. After our first visit, they did actually write off my balance but not my spouse's balance. When I received the bill, I called them and they ended up writing off my spouse's balance as well. A simple mistake that was quickly resolved. Still a happy customer. After our second visit, they sent us yet another large bill. When I called to ask why the balance was again not written off, they acted confused and told me that they do not write off anything. Ever. They said that anything not covered by our insurance is always our responsibility. When I asked why our previous visit balances were written off, they suddenly changed their story and now say they "only write off balances for first visits". All that to say, we will not be returning. This place, regardless of the fantastic medical staff, is not to be trusted. Find somewhere else that doesn't lie about their billing practices.
