6 years agoThe staff is outstanding, they are very professional and care about how you feel during your visit. Dr Medina is excellent and no wonder Dr Gonzales select him to take the practice upon his retirement. He trusted his with his patients and the Dr. Medina was the right choice.

2 years agoI was referred here by Aqua dental as I had requested to be refitted for a retainer that was over 10 yrs old. They are very thorough with their evaluation, had new retainer in a timely manner and it fit great. Office staff is very friendly and I appreciate all the help and ease of creating appointments as well.

5 years agoWe love Dr. Medina and his staff. He has treated both of our daughters with Phase I and Phase II and we have a 3rd daughter coming in soon. He explains every part of his treatment plan and always answers our questions. The staff is very welcoming and we always feel right at home. This is a practice we highly recommend to any family seeking quality care!

4 years agoDr. Medina and his staff our awesome. I don't go often with my child for her appointments and Dr. Medina still remembers who I am and a little about my self. This shows he is not only an excellent doctor but has excellent customer service. If any one asks me if their child needs an orthodontist i always recommend his office.

2 years agoOakwell is extremely professional, friendly and educated in their profession. They took the time to go over each step of the process with my daughter when she got her braces as well as answer any questions that she or I had . They are always professional and friendly when we are in the office or call and are sure to educate us thoroughly about her teeth and mouth. When we go into the office they are always accommodating to our schedules as much as they can be and take the necessary safety precautions with the new guidelines due to COVID. I am very pleased we have chosen their office to provide for my daughters orthodontal needs . With such a long relationship that braces require, I need an orthodontic office like Oakwell Farms that I know will take care of my daughter.
