I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vo. She put me at ease and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She is very thorough and detail oriented. For example, she retook an x-ray when she was unsatisfied with its quality and then talked me through each finding she saw as well as her recommendation to either treat now or watch closely. She also noticed a fragment of a baby tooth that had not been caught by my previous dentist for years and was able to remove it during the same visit! Andrea was my dental assistant and her positive energy made me feel secure for the entire visit. Even though the clinic was very busy, she made me feel like I was the only patient in the office.

For years I’ve been looking for a place to help me fix my teeth and the minute I sat in their chair they helped me right away after 12 years my teeth are finally straight thanks to them I can finally smile. Front desk she was just amazing always finding ways to help me and my siblings. I would highly suggest them they are THE ONLY dental place that will help you and take you’re time with you. Thank you guys so much!!!

I was referred to West Broadway Family Dental by a friend who raves about them! First off I received a same day appointment and was offered a root canal apt 2 days later. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She didn’t judge me or make me feel bad about my teeth that are in very bad condition from being addicted to drugs years prior. Dr. Vo gave me solutions of how to fix/maintain my teeth now and made me feel extremely comfortable. We waited on my X rays for a long time (which my old dentist never sent) and they were very prompt in doing new X rays and a cleaning. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to them. Even the hygienist who finished my cleaning was very gentle and thorough! The woman who scheduled my next apt was very helpful in getting me an apt this week. As far as I could tell it’s all women which was very nice to see after many bad experiences with male dentists. The office itself was very clean and comfortable. Thank you family dental!

STAY AWAY ‼️ STAY AWAY ‼️ STAY AWAY. Worst place I ever been at. Basically I had got 4 of my teeth filling with them. And I can not eat on none of them. They told me the pain will go away after few days, 2 months pass and still can’t eat on none of them. They will always have an excuse for their horrific job. They are very very rough handed during the job. They will NEVER fix your problem BUT they will give you a temporary solution. REMEMBER YOU ARE A CUSTOMER TO THEM. They want to get you done as quick as possible so they can get to the next customer. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS. Shout out to the front desk and the doctors helpers they are very nice people.
