10 months agoStaff are very polite and professional in person, and on the phone. They actually do the leg work for you when it comes to finding an appointment that fits your schedule or gathering records or insurance information. The office is small but clean. The hygienists are friendly and have a gentle touch that shows they care and are thorough with their work. Dr. Hammond has good patient/Dr. rapport. The entire staff put my children at ease and we were able to have a very good office visit with minimal fuss. West Berlin Dental Care will now be my and my family's new dentist.
