a month agoI absolutely love Dr. Warren. I had braces from ages 7-14 (back when it was popular to have braces on your 4 front teeth). My teeth are beautiful and I still get compliments on my smile at age 31. He truly understands the correct “curve” and extra detail your teeth need to have to look seamless and perfect. I can easily imagine why people could be frustrated with the inflexible schedule—this orthodontist is in high demand, the office is busy, and he does excellent work! He is well worth changing around your schedule—if you want that “smile”. Thank you Dr. Warren!!!

7 years agoWe researched and interviewed several orthodontists. We heard about Dr. Warren and his staff because pretty much every kid at our daughter's school uses them. We were impressed with the diagnostics, price quoted and knowledge. We also have enjoyed the professionalism, and attentiveness, as well as the accommodating staff. We're nearly done with our brace experience and we are on target!

a year agoDr. Warren is great, but the schedule availability and scheduling process at this place is abominable. Count on spending a lot of time on the phone with the receptionist and your kid needing to miss school for most appointments.

10 years agoWe were referred to Dr. Warren's office and expected a good experience. However, the reality was bitter. Dr. Warren is OK with patients, though he did make mistakes. The office staff was terrrible, rude and disrespectful. We had many positive experiences with other doctor offices, but not this one. The schedule is inflexible and it is difficult to get issues resolved whenever you have one. Since orthodontic treatment generally lasts for years, please be aware when you choose an orthodontist.

6 months agoHave had 3 sets of braces at warren orthotics. First two were very good experiences. Third, they had us sign consent without actually discussing treatment plan. Then we missed an appointment that was scheduled two weeks too early (he still had trays) and then had to wait 3 additional weeks for an appointment to become available. This would not be irritating if it was a dentist appointment, but when I pay over $5000 up front I kind of hoped there would be more flexibility. I’m now looking at over 6 weeks In treatment delays.
