I can't recommend The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin enough! The entire staff is incredibly expert and attentive. They will treat you with the utmost care and expertise. I've had a number of dental issues in the past, and Dr. Hay and the rest of the team worked hard to understand my specific needs and tailor a plan to create the best smile for me. They're unlike any other dentists; they make you feel like part of the family each time you visit.

My experience with The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin was incredible. I had been wanting veneers for the better part of 10 years and decided to finally go for it. From start to finish I was well taken care of. The front office team is impeccable with their scheduling and follow up. When going through the financing options, Kevin was able to break it down for me in a way that was easy to understand. HUGE shout out to the back office team Amber, Miranda, Jessica and Danny who made each visit fun, comfortable and educational. Everyone I had contact with was a true professional. Special thanks to Dr. Hayes for making my smile beautiful and completely fixing my TMJ. If you are looking into possibly getting veneers, I don’t imagine you will find a better team of professionals than the group at this office!

I knew immediately that they would be able to help! They are very thorough at explaining the process and expectations and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The work is not the most comfortable, but they did make the process as smooth and relaxing as possible. I have the biggest, cheesy smile in all my pictures now and have gotten compliments from strangers that I should be in toothpaste commercials. I'm absolutely satisfied with my care and results. The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin continually promise exceptional service and expertise, and they have delivered time after time! I have always been extremely self conscious about my smile, particularly my small and spaced out teeth. All of the staff was very receptive to my wants and needs for my new smile. I got my porcelain veneers with Dr. Hay in late February and I could not be happier. He was very gentle and accommodating, as was Jen the dental assistant. I was given headphones, pillows, and blankets to make me comfortable during the process. The whole staff always greeted me with a smile and anything else I needed. I am very thankful for such a great experience in a very life changing decision!
