Dr. Ters was educated at Palacky University in Olomouc, Czech Republic and has been practicing dentistry for over twenty-nine years. Dr. Ters is a graduate of the Pankey Institute, Key Biscayne, FL. But his belief that dentistry is an art and his focus on his patients’ needs are really what make him a unique dentist. He welcomes you to his office.
