4 years agoThe worst experience, nothing professional, I am so sorry for taking my husband to this site, I do not recommend this dr at all, she is not professional, she only cares about money, she forgot about her professional ethics, my husband had a pain in his tooth, she performed a root canal treatment I'm sure you don't need it, it was just cleaning and repairing your resin, apart from that, you have to wait two hours for the appointment. We tried to request the x-rays of the tooth, she always evasively gave us the x-rays and the worst thing is that I don't understand how a supposed dentist can having such bad breath when she took off her mask to talk OMG I wanted to vomit it is absurd that this happens with a supposed professional I do not recommend this place do not waste your time or money it is the worst it is rubbish

7 years agoShe was my childhood dentist. My parents still frequent her for her services. I, however, stopped going for her lack of professionalism. She would take phone calls while I was a nervous wreck in her chair, waiting to be seen. My parents still suffer the same treatment, sometimes showing up an hour early for an appointment while Dr. Terran's receptionist welcomes others in, claiming my parents had later appointments, etc. My parents and I have always paid in cash, not that it makes a difference in her service, though for some, I'm sure it might. Lastly, she is a hispanic doctor that caters to a mostly hispanic clientele. Shouldn't her service improve based on this fact alone? Shouldn't she want to offer her comrades the utmost respect and value of their time? I hope this review helps her improve her service to her patients, because at this rate, I'm sure she is losing many.
