3 years agoThe worst unprofessional experience I am so sorry to take my husband to this site for nothing I recommend this is not professional is only the money he forgot his professional ethics my husband had a pain in his tooth she performed a root canal I'm sure you do not need to just clean and repair your resin other than that you have to wait for hours for the appointment we tried to ask for the rx of the tooth she always had evasive to give us the rx and the worst I do not understand how a supposed dentist can have such bad breath when she took off her mask to talk OMG I wanted to vomit is absurd that this happens with a supposed professional I do not recommend this place do not waste your time nor your money is the worst is garbage

6 years agoShe was my childhood dentist. My parents still frequent her for her services. I, however, stopped going for her lack of professionalism. She would take phone calls while I was a nervous wreck in her chair, waiting to be seen. My parents still suffer the same treatment, sometimes showing up an hour early for an appointment while Dr. Terran's receptionist welcomes others in, claiming my parents had later appointments, etc. My parents and I have always paid in cash, not that it makes a difference in her service, though for some, I'm sure it might. Lastly, she is a hispanic doctor that caters to a mostly hispanic clientele. Shouldn't her service improve based on this fact alone? Shouldn't she want to offer her comrades the utmost respect and value of their time? I hope this review helps her improve her service to her patients, because at this rate, I'm sure she is losing many.
