Dr Adriani is fantastic with kids very recommended just nee a little be patience

Dr Andri is the best. Besides being very professional, she is fun and sweet! Her bed side manners are impeccable, so are Alex’s. We love her! Staff is very nice and caring. The only thing I could think of as an improvement : is arriving on time, we always have to wait, but honestly it isn’t a deal breaker considering the full practice is awesome. Staff, dentist and equipment. The only reason we would change our dentist would be because of moving out of town.

If you are thinking about getting braces here, don’t. First of all they only do braces on Saturdays so it is not flexible at all. It is also impossible to move your appointment without delaying your treatment because they’ll just skip the current adjustment and move on to the one next month. Also even if you schedule your appointment ahead of time you’ll still have to wait 30min~2hours to actually meet with the one doctor they have for many patients. Overall really unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Every time we arrived on time for the appointment and had to wait about one and a half hour to get the treatment. The long waiting time drove me crazy. I have decided to transfer my kids to other dentists.

1- She lies on treatment and sale you the services you actually don’t need but to rip off your insurance. 2-Low medical quality, cheap materials used. 3- Hectic appointments, favoritism in which patients to see first so, appointments doesn’t matter. Long waiting time for no reason. Chaotic management but a lot of candies for kids. Find a professional and stay away from this clinic. It’s a RIP OFF. 4- Only Indonesians will be seen on time. 5- I will never trust her again for my kids and will never take them there again. 6- I would given this place a zero star if the option was available.
