3 months agoDr. Kleier is the best, without a doubt. I have a lot of dental issues due to an eating disorder in my 20's. She and her staff never make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Evelyn is also amazing. I am always disappointed when I don't get her to work on me. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment, but they are always worth the wait. I recommend this office all the time.

2 weeks agoDr Kleier and ALL her staff are amazing. I had a horrible toothache and they got me in same day. After X-rays, Dr Kleier suggested I get a root canal instead of pulling the tooth. My concern was insurance not covering the root canal but Dr Kleier informed me my insurance recently started covering root canals which I didn’t know. That was a relief cause I hated to lose my tooth! She did the root canal and her staff worked for over an hour to rebuild my tooth. They were so kind constantly making sure I felt no pain. I’ve been to a lot of different dentist and I’m so happy to have finally found Dr Kleier. The entire office is welcoming, friendly and understanding. ❤️

a year agoHave been really impressed with how everyone at the office has taken care of me, including taking the time to explain things to me. They did an excellent job on my cleaning and repairing a chipped filling. I love all the “expanded duties dental hygienists” and feel like they have provided wonderful care.

a year agoDr Kleier has always been so good to our family. She listens and always works with us to solve our dental problems. The office and dental staff always call and work us in whenever needed. We have been going here for many years and we highly recommend.

5 months agoI decided to step away from going here after I still have pain in a tooth (months later) they did a filling on twice because the first one they did fell out. They are very rough with you and I was numbed in the wrong side of my mouth on two different occasions. I feel like there was a lot of not experienced people working on me because I rarely got the same people and a lot of the time they seemed nervous themselves and grabbing other people for guidance. The staff themselves were polite, but my experience here with how they worked on my teeth has instilled a fear of dentists in me that I didn’t have before. ** too add in response to the owner, that’s exactly what happened to me and to deny that is extremely disturbing. Your worker said “I’ve never done this in x amount of years I’ve worked here, I’m so sorry.” It’s traumatic regardless. Whoever worked on me any of the times I came in, was rough with me. The woman who accidentally numbed the wrong side was super kind and sweet and honestly the most gentle person I had work with me. If my intention was to drag your business down I would make up lies. This is my truth, my experience, and I’m going to address it.
