a year agoDr. Thach is the best! He is so warm and welcoming. My 3.5 year old was completely content because him and his staff made him feel comfortable. My son even sat still for x-rays because they were so helpful. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Thach even made my son a balloon animal, which he was THRILLED about. It's the little things that make a big difference. Taking your kid to the dentist can be a daunting task, but Dr. Thach made it relaxing and easy.

3 years agoWe were scheduled for the following day for initial appointment. Office staff friendly. Thoughtful, calm and kind dentist, who made myself and my 18mo feel at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Thach for your child.

3 months agoI have been bringing my 4 and 7 year old daughters to this place for 2 years (one of them with autism) I have never had a bad experience even though they always served us late. Today I brought my daughters for their 6 months checkup. My 4-year-old daughter with autism is afraid of going to the dentist and so I brought her with the excuse that if she allowed herself to be checked up, they would give her a prize. After they checked her out, my daughter asked me for her prize and the person who attended her told me that she couldn't give her a prize that was only for children with cavities. I waited for my other daughter to attend. I thought that maybe my other daughter would receive an award and I could give it to my 4-year-old daughter with autism. The person who took care of my 7-year-old daughter was very rude to her even when she told her that it hurt, how can these types of people work with children? and at the end we also asked if they could give her a prize and they said no. How do you make a 4-year-old girl with autism understand that you promised her that after they cleaned her teeth they would give her a prize but now you say no because she doesn't have cavities? So I grabbed an eraser from a pencil container and gave one to each of my daughters. My surprise was that the people who work there followed me to tell me what I had taken and when I showed them the eraser that I imagine cost them less than a dollar, they got angry and told me that I couldn't take that and they went to take the box of prizes and they went to hide it. They charge hundreds of dollars for a cleanup and are fighting over an eraser worth less than a dollar? Of course I won't come back to this place!
