Smiles Dental in Lynnwood is definitely a place to go if you want to Smile ! Literally, all staff I came across made me laugh. Treated like you're somebody and actually care about your health. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not just another number walking through the door. I can't wait to get my dental work started and see the end results.

I had a fantastic time at the dentist. I didn't care to hear I have tooth having to be pulled; however, I was reassured I would be well taken care of and I will be fine. If I have any questions I can call anytime. Friendly and courteous.

There all great! Every worker there is nice & very respectful. They are flexible with scheduling appointments & very understanding when rescheduling. They do a great job here at Smiles Dental in Lynnwood. 😊😊

Like others have mentioned, there is something going on with the billing at this practice. I'm not sure how I can pay the co pay at the time of service and then on the next visit have a payment left over from the last visit. It happened several times, just basic cleanings. Never could get a clear answer on the unpaid bill. Never had this type of billing experience from other dentists. Safe to say I found a new place to go to.

Called a month ago to schedule exam ,asked them few times if they take my insurance ,they said yes also they run my insurance to double check and said it works.After exam told me that they couldnt find or verify me with insurance ,had to pay cash for exam. THEY Have inform a client before doing anything that they couldn't find me in the insurance system.I don't know how that is even posible if I use this insurance to see doctors every other week.all I can say the person that deals with insurances and bills needs to be more professional.
