The doctors and staff are always extremely kind , present and helpful. I always have the best experience though I am terrified of dental visits. They understand this and consistently do all they can to make me as comfortable s possible. They are simply the best. Thank you all for all you do, I am ever so grateful.

I was new to Olympia and was very worried about finding a good dental clinic. I received a recommendation to try Smiles Dental Lacey. What a great suggestion. They are extremely professional, skilled and friendly. All of my concerns about finding a good new dentist went away and I’m a very pleased and a satisfied patient. Highly recommended!

The staff is amazing, friendly and courteous. My son is a special need child and the staff still took the time to explain to him (how he needs to hear it) what was going on. The dental hygienist even used her to lunch time to show him pictures of the xrays to make him feel comfortable. They are the BEST.

My wife went to this clinic for her teeth whitening and cleaning . When she went in the doctor examined her and my wife did mention she came here for whitening and cleaning . Doctor did x rays without letting her know that she will be charged for them later. And after all examination she was advised for deep cleaning and few other procedures and she was asked to go to front desk and was charged 300 dollars for as a plan to further deep cleaning in coming appointments . She was told at front desk that amount was part of plan which she will avail in future. In this sitting it was only examination and no cleaning no procedure done on her teeth and still she was charged 300 dollars. When I questioned what are they charging the front desk person replied that’s for the plan which is for future discounts if we go ahead for dental cleaning with this clinic.And we said we don’t want to go ahead with dental cleaning or any plan then she said you have to pay separately for consultation and X-rays which we were not informed before . This is highly unethical practice and very disappointing service . I went there because reviews were good but I was shocked by the cost they are charging for doing nothing . I feel like I was cheated . I paid 300 dollars for no service.( no cleaning , no whitening) .
