2 months agoSo, I am admittedly a total dental-phobic. After some traumatizing experiences at not one but SEVERAL other offices/practices in the area, the idea of going to have a dental visit was simply not in my stars. However, one night I was awoken suddenly and sharply by a pain radiating from my gums into my jaw and neck that kept me up most of the night. I contacted Smile Dentist, and they were able to accommodate me and my work schedule that same day. My issue was addressed quickly, gently and thoroughly and I was instructed to schedule a full cleaning to get back on track w my dental care...hesitantly, I did. That cleaning was this past week with AnneMarie, who not only listened to my expression of dental anxiety, but truly HEARD me, and was very gentle, thorough and communicative throughout the cleaning. She did her best to make me comfortable, and was even able to make me smile through some of the most uncomfortable parts of the visit. My experience with this office as a whole, has given me the confidence and comfort I need to follow through with the necessary dental care that we all need, but all too often are too anxious to pursue. I would recommend them to anyone!

a year agoThis place is AMAZING. The front desk person Gail is so personable even during these days of the "New Normal" of the pandemic. She was able to fit me in when the last dentist left me high and dry for almost 12 weeks with a hole in my mouth come to find out they had the approval to treat just (6) six days after my appt. This office was able to review my x-rays, see what the initial issue was take more x-rays and propose a plan for treatment set up a cleaning for the next few days so that I can get the ball rolling on getting my hole fixed. He explained all my options to me everything even showed me what he saw on the first x-rays that I came with from the other dentist. When I explained to him that I have a needle phobia, he was also VERY understanding and said that he would use a very gentle touch with plenty of numbing agent before giving the needle. A+++ Service

3 years agoThe front desk staff is always very friendly and inviting. The hygienists are so personable and make you feel comfortable during a “not always so comfortable” dental visit. The new Dr. is extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Smile Dentist P.C. to anyone! I’ve had very bad experiences with dishonest practices in the past and am so grateful to have found this one.

a year agoI am very happy to have found this place. I recently moved to the area and was trying to find a place that was covered by my insurance. Being new to the area I was fully prepared to "shop" around for my dentist, but there was no need at Smile Dentist. Everyone was personable, they listened and answered any and all questions I posed. I am very happy to consider this place my new dental home.

a year agoVery incompetent, I missed work for apt, and sat in office to filled out paperwork for receptionist to tell me they don't accept my insurance. Not to mention she said she accepted all PPO's which is what I have, waste of time! Response to owner reply.... The apt. was made two days prior. I guess it was too time consuming to do the work the patient should do it.? Thank God I found a great dentist, whose office does work before making an apt. Way to place blame on a customer, when your office dropped the ball. And instead of apologizing, you insult the customer a second time. Awful place, matched with awful customer service.
