I can’t even describe how wonderful Dr. Shoff is. I was a patient of his 13 years ago as a teenager and was well taken care of with my own treatment. I became an RDA shortly after, and became more familiar with him based off of his excellent reputation in the dental community. Now although living in Chico, my husband had a terrible dental emergency while playing softball in Redding tonight, which dislodged 4 of his teeth. Since his orthodontist is in Chico, my husband needed to see someone immediately, and Dr. Shoff was the first doctor that came to mind. I called his emergency line and received a call back within minutes, and he was willing to see and treat my husband at 11pm on a Friday night. Since I wasn’t able to be there, Dr. Shoff even went then extra mile to call me after to give me a report on the visit, which helped to calm my nerves. I am so grateful for having such an amazing dentist in our community and would recommend him to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!

I loved my treatment with Dr. Shoff and staff. His assistants are trained very well and explained everything I needed to know. Dr. Shoff was great and I’m very happy with my results. I would recommend Dr. Shoff to anyone. Very flexible payment options a huge plus. 5 Star quality all the way.

I wish I could give 100 stars! My son had such an incredible transformation with his teeth that I decided to get braces as well. Dr Shoff is a genius at his craft and he runs his office very efficiently. Everyone is always so kind and friendly and we always felt comfortable and confident in their capable hands. The girls at the front desk were always so helpful and so patiently worked with me as I worked to pay off two sets of braces. When I first realized that my son would need dental work, I reached out to the other mothers in the area asking where we should go and almost unanimously, they all highly recommended Dr Shoff to us. We are truly grateful as his expertise, attention to detail, and standard of excellence have added so much to our lives. He really went above and beyond to create a smile that we can be proud of. The entire experience was pleasant and seemed to go really quickly. We completely , 100% recommend Dr Shoff.
