Amazed at how pain free administering the Novocain was! Usually that’s the worst part but with the machine they have(vs a big needle in your gums) it was so comfortable. I’m new to this office and am so happy to have found them. Most places do not accept my state insurance so just wanted to say thanks again for caring for everyone and not discriminating like most dentist offices do. Kind act of service to the community’s dental health. Great friendly staff

They staff and dentists are so friendly and inform you of everything that they need to work on to get your smile to be your best smile, I am looking forward to all my future appointments w them!!!

I’ve been with this dentist office for over 4 years now so I’ve known their rules and regulations based on what I’ve experienced with them. However, recently I guess they started setting up appointments for people without informing them. Then sending out a reminder notice over messages of the appointment that they set up without your approval. They had my family member set up for an appointment he wasn’t aware of. They messaged him on a Thursday with a reminder that he would have an appointment the coming Monday and he messaged back saying “I never set up an appointment.” Come Monday, we call them to make them aware again. The lady first said he was dismissed from the dentist for good due to too many cancellations apparently. The lady tried to say that these have always been the rules and that they just set up those appointments and if you can’t do it then you’re suppose to cancel with a 48 hour notice. Well we did, we let them know that Thursday right after they messaged that we can’t do Monday. Guess that didn’t count cause that 48 hour notice has to be 48 business hours. They aren’t open Fridays, Saturday’s, or Sundays so our message that we sent right back didn’t count (so they say). Not to mention, we have let them know MANY times that we cannot do appointments on Mondays or Tuesdays due to personal reasons. Therefore, they shouldn’t have even made the appointment for a Monday. Well since they said they couldn’t take my family member anymore, I said they won’t see me either again. Who knows if they’d try to pull something like that on me. The lady got very upset and specifically said disrespectful things such as “have fun finding another dentist that accepts his insurance” What kind of professional worker says something like that? It shows you how much they really care. Yes, I see you guys have replied to other reviews (only the bad ones though) but I stand on my words with everything I’ve said here. THE PLUS - Dr.Schoen is a great dentist. He’s done an amazing job with my teeth. I had braces for many years and he did a great job making my teeth look fantastic. I’ve always enjoyed seeing him! There are some very nice assistant ladies in the back too! They’re always very helpful and they listen to any concerns. However, the overall scheduling and respect that you get from all the office ladies isn’t very nice or professional.
