in the last weekThis was my first time receiving a cleaning since it changed from Morgan to Sage Dental. I must admit I actually enjoyed my visit. My dental hygienist was thorough starting with making sure I was comfortable. I like the sunglass eye protection provided that not only prevented random sprays of oral fluids/cleaning liquids in my eyes it also blocked the bright lights which I found soothing. The application of a neck roll pillow was also a nice unexpected touch. My hygienist then evaluated all my teeth for present and future issues. She explained everything she was doing along with why. She gave me a progress report how I was doing and did not make me feel scolded when reviewing areas I could improve. I do not like to floss because it takes time away from my busy day. Once she knew the reason she came up with an easy way to incorporate this mundane task into my daily routine. I wish I wrote down her name. At this moment I have so much going on I am unable to recall. Maybe if Sage Dental reads this review they could reply with her name. The office staff was pleasant. The only negative comment I have is the limited availability for appointments. I hope they plan to hire more hygienist to resolve this issue.

a week agoDr. Morgan and the staff at Sage Dental are fabulous. I was happy to see that the business name change has not impacted the level of care and friendly service that I have come to know and expect from Dr Morgan and his team. I also want to give a shout out and thanks to Melinda for the gentle yet thorough job she did in cleaning my teeth. Her chair-side manner and cheerful personality was much appreciated. I highly recommend Sage Dental.

a month agoDr. Morgan is great and a really good dentist. I cannot say the same for one of the dental assistants. She was unreasonably rough, tried to remove delicate stitches from an extraction like a chainsaw. Some of the staff was adequate...Honestly, when Dr. Morgan retires, I will not continue with Sage.

5 months agoPlease forgive the 1 star. I have been going to Dr Morgan for a very long time and when I moved 45 miles away I went to 3 other Dentist's for regular cleaning and check ups. I was not happy with the Dentists I went to because I felt they did not do a good job. I went back to Dr Morgan because I trusted him and his staff and they always did a very nice job. He has sold the practice and there are new people in the office. Now mind you I have had 3 cleaning 2 deep cleanings by his staff and the last one 6 months ago. This time I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost with all the add ons $1176.00 but if I took out a Dental insurance plan it would only be $532.00. Honestly I felt like I was buying a car. I thanked them for their time and paid $195.00 for 4 X-rays. I think Dr Morgan did the right thing by selling as he has worked long and hard to build a great practice and deserves the rewards of retirement. Sadly to say I will not be a part of the "New Practice".

3 months agoFirst time in for an extraction excellent care. Dr Morgan and his staff were excellent. Set up to cleaning appointments a week apart at that time also. Three months out, so the next time Sage dental had taken over and instead of getting the cleanings that I needed that my insurance would cover, I was given a huge list of a massive overhaul cleaning not covered! Never deal with them again. Florida blue insurance, also a waste of money apparently! So sad this gentleman sold out!
