11 months agoHands down the best dentist I have ever been to. After receiving an extremely painful root canal with a lot of complications two years ago, I have not been back to a dentist since. I came here based on recommendations and I am not disappointed. Dr. Joseph has gone above and beyond to make me confident and has restored my confidence in dentistry. I had to have some fillings redone and she has ensured that I am comfortable and on top of that the teeth look REALLY good afterwards.

6 months agoMy experience was, once again, exceptional. The Dentist was spot-on. I couldn't say enough about the assistant, Moni. She was very professional and went out of her way to may suer that all my needs were taken care of, even the scheduling of my next appointment. Thank you very much.

6 months agoThe dentist is great, she is knowledgeable and professional. However, her hygienist has terrible communication skills. She didn’t look at my son or myself when addressing us. I wouldn’t write anything, but this is the 3rd visit where she has been this way. She clearly can’t stand her job, I’m surprised she keeps it. I was prepared to say something to the dentist, but she did such a good job, I let it go.

10 months agoFirst visit 6 mos went ok, dentist was gentle and nice. The second visit was not a great experience. Upon arrival I was advised they needed my prior x-rays before they would clean my teeth. I don't walk around with prior x-rays so had to call my prior dentist to email them over. They would not clean my teeth without them even though I have no pain or issues and have a great teeth health history. If this was needed for cleaning, they should have advised me of this when they called to remind me of my appointment. I waited 30 min, saw 2 people go in ahead of me and decided to leave. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule and I declined. I want to support businesses that respect people's time and I don't appreciate being held up for not having x-rays readily available at my appointment. As a customer I should have the option to opt out of x-rays as I do not want to subject myself to radiation every 6 mos if not necessary. I get it's an additional money maker but I also should be able to protect myself from unnecessary exposure. I also realize that this is the dentist business and she has the right to run it as she likes, but I would recommend sharing these requirements with customers before their appointment.
