a year agoThe dentist is fine, but his receptionist is horrible. You can practically hear her rolling her eyes when you ask questions. She sounds completely bothered by you asking questions for clarification about billing because it’s not coming out of her pocket. I don’t have an issue paying for dental work I need. I have an issue with rude, nasty people who are under the false impression that they are the only game in town. I will go elsewhere.

4 years agoCan't comment on their work because they won't work with my insurance. Nobody's in my network but my insurance supplied me with a code that allows any provider to be in network because there are none within 250 miles. Rgv won't do it so I decided to drive to San Antonio.

3 years agoI had an appointment so went there at 9. the lady in the front receptionist was extremely rude with me. And it took me 45 minutes to get seen by the doctor.
