3 years agoLove this dentist! For years I had a fear of the dentist from a bad experience but Quality Dental in Pawling changed that for me. The office is clean and I never had to wait more then 10 minutes to be seen or wait a long period of time for an appointment. The girl at the front desk with the red hair (always forget her name), she is SO GREAT! She goes above and beyond her duties! I highly reccomend this dental office. I will always go there in the future and send family and friends their way as well. Go to this dentist, you wont be sorry.

a year agoIf I could go lower, I would. The front desk is rude, and unpleasant, and they are the face of this dental office. Dr Farrah broke off a prong in my tooth while doing a root canal, and referred me to a Dr Kempe in Hopewell Junction to presumably remove it to the tune of $1200 ( insurance did not cover this “specialist”) in addition, he did not remove the prong, and did not give me an antibiotic so I left there with a prong still in my tooth , $1200 on my credit card, and a raging infection. I left for Family Dental in Brewster and you should too!!

4 years agoI wish there was a zero stars rating. Took my 89 YO mom there to repair one tooth on her denture. They spent literally 90 seconds with her (she never even sat down, they never looked at it) and told her they'd have to send her denture to the lab to be fixed and it might take a day or two. She didn't want to be without her teeth, so said no thanks. This 90 second consultation cost $50. Two years ago we went to a different dentist with a similar problem on a different tooth, since retired, and he fixed it right then and there for $25. I spent more time filling out paperwork than they spent with mom.

3 months agoThey'll try and scam you for all the money your worth, and it's a disgusting thing to do. They put making money off of you, over actually helping you. They take a xray and then say come back another time to do 1 thing, when they could easily do 3-4 things. Then they'll do that 1 thing, and tell you to come again for another xray, to then tell you to come another separate day, to do 1 other thing another day. They already had the xray they took the first visit, and they need more xrays of the same mouth only 1-2 weeks later? They make things that should take an honest dentist 3 visits take 20. Unless you're ok with wasting gas, time, insurance money, and putting your teeth on delay, I'd suggest finding another dentist that cares about their job, and their patients more then money.

11 months agoThe dentist is great but the lady’s at the front desk are rude and make it very unwelcoming. They do not greet you when you walk in and then just stare at you instead of saying “ can I help you” or “I can take you over here” even a simple “hello” would be better than what they give you.
