2 months agoAnytime I go to Quality Dental Care it’s a great experience! I went in for a cleaning and all the employees are always so kind and professional. The front desk is very accommodating and all the hygienist are super sweet and do a great job! Dr. Ennabi is always kind and you can tell he cares for his patients and knows what’s best. I highly recommend Quality Dental Care!

2 weeks agoThe front desk is so horrible they made me leave. Very disrespectful and they give me an attitude most of the time. When I called them a few different times they hung up on me. They also were talking badly about other customers in front of everyone. After years of disrespect I left. Only had an issue with one older dentist that gave me a lot of pain. A lot of the drs are good and do a great job, but what a shame about reception.

3 months agoPoor service. Today, I went for my third visit with this dentist group and have already had 3 issues with them. I am not a complainer but just wanted to warn other people as they truly are disorganized and a serious mistake is going to happen here. Here were the 3 issues I have had with them: 1) Day I show up for an appt, they shared I had the wrong day, so I showed them the appt card that they filled out (they had me down for the next day at the same time, so the girl shared the correct date with me and wrote down the wrong date on their calendar- i shared the appt card and my phone calendar as I write down the appt as they share it with me, not a big deal as they did end up taking me that day I just had to wait 45 minutes. Then the dentist starts to do work and share what he is going to do on my teeth that day, I shared I don't think that is correct. Finally they check the file and realized it was the wrong file. Again not a big concern. Finally today, I show up and they tell me oh we tried to call you as the dental hygienist called out sick and they need to reschedule me. When they shared the phone number they had the wrong file again, so they called the wrong number. I took today off from work so I could accommodate the appt, so it really was frustrating. However all three on my concerns weren't too bad, however every time I have been there they have had a major issue going on with other customers (today's wasn't too bad with the woman in front of me, but my first two visits each time customers were very upset and demanding to speak with some one... The other thing I noticed is their employee turnover, I have only gone 3 times but the receptionist was different each time and my dental hygienist was also different each time. On my 2nd visit one of the dental hygienist in the hallway shared that they are so disorganized (after hearing my story). For people trying to select a new dentist, i would definitely look else where. Even though my issues weren't that big, you can see that the office is very dysfunctional and seems to care more about money than patience... My recommendation would be to look for another dentistry group, disorganized and money above patience is never a good mix...

5 months agoWhat can I say. The reason dentists aren’t considered doctors in my opinion is because they don’t stand by the Hippocratic oath. The only goal of this place is to upsell you. They’ll remove your teeth and try to get you to buy overpriced implants instead of the dentures your insurance pays for. They also send request to your insurance long after you’re a patient. I contacted my insurance and was told not to worry it’s only a request and predetermination. The concern was why were they requesting anything when I’m no longer a patient for well over a year. Be aware!

5 months agoTHE WORST!!!! dental group I have ever dealt with in my life. All they care about is the money they are going to receive for the service and not your overall health. They made me wait over a month for an emergency route canal service which I have gone back and forth with my insurance company and them which my insurance assured me it was covered and approved for 6 months. Right before my appt (which should’ve been a sign) my insurance cancelled which I got reinstated and now the dental group said they have to redo the claim for service to my insurance. Month 3 going by and still awaiting service. I should’ve just kept looking at other dental groups that could’ve took me right away. Just an overall headache if I could rate them a zero I could!! I liked them because they seemed professional and clean. But they don’t care about there patients or future patient at all. The main lady at the front desk is a headache also.be mindful!!
