a year agoThe staff was terrific and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Courtney was a blessing and the dentist was caring, patient and professional. The office was clean and visibly pleasing to the eye. I would have all my dental work completed here. Had one little hiccup with having a second tooth extraction because I needed a consult that I deemed unnecessary, so I had to go to another oral surgeon to get the work done. I just felt if you have the referral and it’s a simple extraction, that should be it. Especially because I live in WV and the price of gas is outrageous. Things could have been handled more efficiently being a senior and disabled. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

3 months agoFantastic experience with Dr. Vigilante. Complicated extraction, luxation, etc. From 1st consult, to surgery to follow-up. I have been very impressed by his approach, communication and especially the results. Cost and wait time for surgery were higher than others we met with, but I feel strongly we made the right decision. Very happy we chose Potomac Surgical Arts.

a year agoThe entire office staff from desk receptionist, dental technicians and the oral surgeon Dr. Phillip Nguyen were all super friendly, very upfront from billing issues to how the procedure is going to take place as well as the after care. Experienced no pain or discomfort during the removal of the tooth back in May up through the implant in October. My experience post removal and implant afterwards was one of no pain, swelling or bleeding. The office environment with the entire staff is so warm and welcoming and everyone is very friendly and professional. Everyone knows their jobs and they do it well The entire staff makes you feel you are visiting friends and not a dental facility.

11 months agoI was referred to Potomac Surgical Arts for implant and the staff was very professional, the office clean and bright. But most of all I felt NO pain. The nurse really recommended laughing gas to stay calm then MD numbed me and I did not feel pain. Excellent work!

5 months agoI got my wisdom teeth removed from them, the surgery was good, paid up front and bought everything was fine. Like normal two months later I get an random bull saying I owe more. Who billing process was super annoying and worse then who I went through for my wife.
