ABOUT
Our office is dedicated to serving patients in a friendly, caring environment. Pomona Dental Group emphasizes the value of the traditional patient-physician relationship. We understand that patients need to make well-informed decisions regarding their families and their own oral health, but they also need the empathy of an experienced and trusted physician. That is why Dr. Steve S. Lee & Associates are the best for your oral health care.
We are constantly evolving to better serve our patients through initiatives such as this Web Site. Our hand pieces and instruments are sterilized in a top-of-the-line autoclave and chemiclave. We also use a special monitoring system to ensure optimum levels of sterilization, because your safety and overall health are most important to us.

13 years agoI've gone here for quite a while. Very comfortable cozy place. I've never had problems with them. They do very good work as well. Had some cavities filled, can't even tell where they are. Also cleaning is a breeze. I had to get some extensive cleaning requiring shots in the gums (eek) I didn't feel a thing when the specialist injected me. Very good place to go. Recommended.

3 years agoGreat place to go get work done. I've been coming here for many years and I've always get the same excellent service from the staff and dentist. Love the fact that he has Saturday appointments.

2 years agoThe dentist and staff are absolutely amazing! The dentist is very honest and very assuring. She by far, exceeded my expectations in her craft and patient care. Brenda is amazing, she works well in trying to figure out the finances with you and was always very welcoming. Finally, Jesse’s patient care was spot on. He was by far the best dental assistant I have ever had. I strongly recommend this dentist office, they all care about their patients and serve the low income, dominantly POC community that they treat.

3 months agoI went in for my first visit and they took ex rays without even cleaning my teeth first then I waited for the dr. Then he took 2 looks at my teeth and told me a issue I had before but nothing else but I clearly knew it’s more to it than that I asked him a couple questions abt why dose my jaw hurt and teeth aches n he replays with “that’s normal every one jaw hurts just deal with it” and then he walked out then they finally reminded the guy to clean my teeth the lady was gentle but the guy was ruff and looked like he was in a rush and put some type stuff for cavities but the lady says I had none and my teeth have been aching ever since I wouldn’t recommend

4 months agoI have visited Pomona Dental Group a couple of times, and I think the staff members at the front desk are either racists or simply being rude or possibly both. Whenever I walk in to their office, the person at the front desk would never say hi or even say anything unless I start talking. They seemed to be very friendly and courteous only when Caucasian and Hispanic patients walked in. One time, I made an appointment over the phone, and when my mom and I went there on the day of the appointment, we were told that the appointment was not in their system! We had to wait for over an hour but it seemed to take forever so I just made another appointment and had to go back again. The thing is that NONE of the staff members made an apology for their own mistake when it caused us to waste at least 3 hours that day! A few weeks later, I took my mom there for a denture impression. The technician and the person who did the procedure were nice, but it was an unpleasant experience to deal with the staff member at the front desk afterwards. As I was making the payment, she told me that she charged an additional amount to my credit card for an office visit as she was handing me over the credit card receipt, not before. I asked her about the office visit charges because it seemed unusual to be charged for an office visit when my mother was there for a denture impression, not for an exam or treatment. I have had visited a couple of other dentists for my mom’s dentures before, but they charged only for the dentures and never asked for an office visit fee every single time. She showed me a copy of the insurance information, so I asked her if I can keep the copy. And you know what? She gave me an insolent reply by saying “No, that’s mine.” I was taken aback and lost for words at that moment because I was expecting a genuinely nice reply such as “Oh, I can get you another copy if you’d like” or “I’m sorry, but I can’t let you have that copy,” but I guess I had high expectations. Anyway, I was waiting to get a copy of a list of the work that was done and to be done but she didn’t give me anything, so I asked her for it. Then, she handed me over a copy in a why-do-I–have-to-do-this manner as if I was asking too much when it was just a normal procedure and I didn’t even have to ask for it at other dentists. I usually say ‘thank you’ and ‘bye’ on the way out, but I walked out of there without saying those words because the staff didn’t say anything either. It always feels extremely unpleasant, even offended by the way they deal with the patients at the front desk, whenever I walk out of that office, and I honestly cannot recommend this place.
