Plano Smile Center

My mother was seen as a new patient on today for gum pain. Dr. Thein assessed my mother’s gums and discovered a piece of a tooth that she recommended to be extracted to relieve pain. Dr. Thein was very patient with my mother and was able to extract her tooth without any complications. Because of Dr. Thein, my mother is no longer in pain. The office staff was very friendly and welcomed both my mother and I with warm smiles at the door. I would recommend Plano Smile to anyone seeking exceptional oral care!

Plano Smile Center was great. I didn't have to wait. The Center was clean and the staff wore mask. The Dentist was thorough about my medical history and she took all my concerns seriously.

Amazing service very high quality of customer service. The Dr. doesn't rush, taking time to explain everything including options for treatment, the staff is skilled and patient. The place is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. No waiting time at all. Highly recommended!

I came here for the first time today - I had the best experience possible from a dentist! I had almost no wait time, and Dr. Thien came in, asked me about what was bothering me, and quickly had a treatment plan. While she was cleaning my teeth, the front office was able to give me pricing details for the treatment, and they were able to follow through with the treatment I selected on the same day. Dr. Thien made sure I knew what was going on in every step and checked in on me throughout. They also had a TV on the ceiling to distract me during the procedure. I will be coming back for my future cleanings!

Dr. Vu and Dr. Thien were both awesome! The office staff were all super friendly and helpful. The office itself looked super clean and well maintained. Both Dr. Vu and Dr. Thien always made sure I was comfortable and always asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend both dentists. 5 stars all the way!!
