Whether you are seeking an orthodontic consultation for your child or yourself, Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group is here to help. We offer treatments for all ages, including Invisalign for adults and teens. One of the reasons we became orthodontists was to create a patient friendly office atmosphere committed to creating beautiful, healthy smiles.
Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group treats patients throughout the Pittsburgh area, with offices in Moon Township, Mt. Lebanon, Pleasant Hills, Scottdale, and Shadyside. No matter which office you visit, you’ll find a comfortable environment, with treatments offered at affordable prices.
While the name might sound like a large organization, Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group is led by a team of two orthodontists – Dr. Rick Gobbie and Dr. George Deme. All patients are treated by one (or sometimes both) of us.
Unlike some large orthodontic practices, we insist on a doctor-centered, hands-on approach to treatment. We treat each patient and perform all work personally. From the first visit, we will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan and will be with you every step of the way.

4 months agoDr Demme is very good.I had a very bad over bite and got invisonline .I have been wearing them for 2 years now and I am so happy with the results.l am happy to smile now. The work he does is excellent.

4 years agoI have been very happy with the doctors and staff at Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group. Everyone is always in a great mood and know what they are doing. My daughter's teeth were a train wreck but now they are beautifully aligned and she has a great smile. (which really makes her happy, she likes to smile now) In addition they were able to refer us to other needed professionals for additional work that were great as well.

I was in town visiting and had a dental emergency was very surprised to see how most offices in the area would not accommodate an emergency on a Friday during business hours… not Dr. Deme! I was seen promptly and my situation resolved. I’m very grateful and now appreciate how exceptional a practice is that will accommodate an emergency.

a year agoGreat!! And wonderful!! I started my dental treatment at Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group in 2016 and today I am finishing my process and I have a great smile. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Quality work with friendliness is what Dr. Gobi and Dr. Deme showed. I am very thankful for the work they did with my teeth and great experience that I had with them. If anyone has to put braces on and shape their teeth, I highly recommend Pittsburgh Orthodontic Group.
