Excellent first-time experience with Phoenix Dental Design - the hygienist Jessica was so knowledgeable, thorough and professional that at first I thought that she was the doctor. Dr. Hilsabeck was equally as impressive. From care, explanation of next steps, answering questions - everything was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Dr. Block and his entire staff are so kind! They have done a wonderful job caring for my family. Especially my 10 year old son who was so nervous to go in. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient for about 5 years and I definitely love this place. Dr. Block is amazing, professional and can carry a great conversation. My hygienist Jessica is awesome. Very friendly and delicate with her work. I have also worked with Monica and Kelly a few times. All great staff. And of course I can't forget about the front staff. Teresa and Shellie are amazing, courteous, and very professional. But the best part is they all make you feel like family. I live 30 minutes away but the drive is worth it to visit this fine family dentist. They are also amazing with my 9 year old. I started bringing him here and he has never been afraid of the dentist again. Dr. Block can also relate to my son and they carry conversations about video games all the time. I've been to several dentists around the Phoenix Valley over the last 11 years. I can firmly say Phoenix Dental Design is my forever dentist.😃 The location is very nice, entrance is stunning and the lobby is gorgeous. Additional feedback for C19: 5/5 They screen you for the safety of their staff and you consisting of a few questions and temperature check. Door handles, seats and surfaces are wiped down as patients go in and out. Everyone wears their mask correctly. 😷

Been a patient for 17 years. This place is where all dentists and hygienists should go to learn how its done. The people here are first class and take the time to make you feel comfortable, happy and taken care of. All of my husband's and my procedures have been great and our cleanings the same. 5 stars all the way.

My family is very happy with Phoenix Dental Design. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Block is great. I recently had a dental emergency on a Friday night and Dr. Block arranged to meet on Saturday morning to take care of my tooth. I was thrilled! We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist in the North Central Phoenix area.
