11 months agoI was referred to dr voss's office by my child's occupational therapist. I was told he was THE guy to see for lip and tongue ties. I have nothing bad to say about our visit. i was listened to upon arrival and dr voss didnt only have great bedside manner with my child but had a positive upbeat aura about him when he came and talked to us about my child and the procedure for her lip and tongue tie. i was a nervous mom of course and he answered all my questions. he sang to her while he examined her mouth and was very sweet. if i didn't live over 1 1/2 hrs away i would have him be her main dentist.

a year agoI would highly recommend this dentistry!!! As I myself had bad experiences as a kid and have had to overcome my own fear of going to the dentist, I wanted my kids to have a better experience. Especially since my girl needed some teeth pulled. They did not disappoint!!! They did a FANTASTIC job keeping my daughter calm and making sure it was a good experience!! Their waiting room is also super fun for kiddos. My other kids were so excited to go with us to their sister's appointment so that they could play in the lobby. 😂🥰 If you need a Pediatric dentist, this is the place to go!! Thank you Dr. Voss and staff for the wonderful experience ❤!!

5 months agoIf you’re looking for an amazing dentist for you child I absolutely recommend Dr. Voss. They are so kind an patient with children. My daughter wouldn’t even let her last dentist clean her teeth. She let doctor Voss pull two teeth like it was nothing. The office is adorable and very welcoming and fun for kids. The office is very clean and all the staff is so friendly and helpful.

a year agoMy son had minor lip surgery today and I could not have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was amazing! More importantly, Dr. Voss and his team were extremely professional and friendly! They were so caring with my son and made sure he was comfortable and relaxed. I work in the dental field and see a lot of offices and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Voss!

5 months agoWas not overly impressed with the practices of this office. They put my grandson with a dentist new to pediatric dentistry, and I watched her perform a tooth extraction on him with her hands shaking which did not instill confidence in her ability. At the time I made the appointment I was unaware of the newness of this dentist. The Voss office did not inform me. We never ever got to meet Dr. Voss himself. They wanted my grandson to go under general anesthesia at the hospital for further treatment and they rescheduled the procedure twice, the second time not being necessary to be rescheduled as my grandson was cleared by pediatrician to undergo the procedure. The office staff did not even doublecheck with me to see if it was okay for the new dentist to do the procedure when they rescheduled it for January, but then they did switch it to Dr. Voss because of my objections, but then my grandson got sick and we couldn't go ahead. We started all of this in August of 2022 and nothing got accomplished except one tooth extraction. Because of the first 2 procedures rescheduled by that office and the 3rd rescheduled because of his sickness they would have to put it out even further, so we decided to see another dentist which has worked out fine and the procedure was done in office without putting him on general anesthesia in a hospital setting. Even though the Voss office cancelled and rescheduled the procedures the first 2 times and we had to cancel the 3rd due to sickness, the office refused to return our $500 deposit saying I had signed a paper stating it was non refundable, but when I looked at the paperwork, I had only signed in the box that said we were responsible for anything the insurance did not cover. There was no signature line for waiving the deposit of $500. It must be noted that the office said they would not refund the deposit because we ended up cancelling the 3rd scheduled hospital procedure, ignoring the fact he had become sick and overlooking that they cancelled it the first 2 times themselves, which doesn't make sense to me. I also made the office aware that there was a family history of intolerance to general anesthesia which made us want to have the procedure done in a different fashion if possible. One office person was a bit sympathetic to what I was saying, but they still refused to discuss seeing how he might do in the chair on the procedures. The new office we went to was surprised that there was no spacer put in when the tooth extraction took place at the Voss office -- all due to an inexperienced, brand new dentist breaking into pediatric dentistry, and as a result my grandson is going to have a crooked tooth come in and will result in him most likely having to have braces.
