7 years agoA scheduled appointment at 3:30 took an hour and a half. Didn't get out until 5:00 for a routine cleaning and check up. Not satisfied at all. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Going to find another pediatric dentist.

4 years agoDO NOT GO THERE! Very unhappy with this practice. My son had to get his filling redone twice in 8 mos because it kept falling! We changed plans and when I called to schedule the kids regular cleaning and give them our new insurance info the staff DID NOT notify me that it is out of network and will be out of pocket for the cleaning. I have never spoken to a medical office that did not provide this information out of curtesy to the patient upfront, their answer was very dismissive and basically told me deal with it its not our job!!!! Dr. Han is rude to the kids and has no bedside manor.
