Pediatric Dental Associates of Southbury

As a mother who has a fear of the dentist, bringing my kids was scary and I can’t even explain how wonderful everyone here is. They have gone above and beyond to help us with everything that the girls are dealing with and if I could give more stars I would. I highly- HIGHLY recommend them. We moved an hour away and refuse to find someone closer because of how much we appreciate and love them here. I have called for concerns about something going on and Dr. Arya will get on the phone and talk with me about it. The care that he has for the children is amazing. I am beyond thankful we found them. I can’t say enough good things!

Have only had great experiences here. They are very encouraging of children of all ages and make them very comfortable. Clean and inviting atmosphere.

Dr. Ari (I believe that’s his name) was so awesome with my teenage son. He talked to him about video games and really connected with him in a way most people aren’t able to. It made such an impression on my son that I think his dental appointment was the best part of his day. :)

The best pediatric office around. Doctors, hygienists, and assistants are all so amazing, kind and helpful! I cannot wait to see my baby grow in this office.

Our family has utilized this office for thirteen years without issues. Dentists, hygienists, and medical assistants have all been extremely efficient and polite throughout the years. The office is very clean and welcoming. However, since our recent visit, I have come to the point that I could no longer ignore the fact that the front desk needs major improvement . The front desk staff are not as welcoming and pleasant as they should be during their interaction with patients.This is by far the least favorite part of my visit to this office. The front desk staff should be expected to be the first and last positive interaction. If the front desk personnel were more approachable then the office would be a five star facility. Please work on your customer service. Being polite and having a smile on your face goes a long way.
