8 months agoThe staff at this place are INCREDIBLE. I think I have pretty high expectations for customer service and they exceeded them. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was impressed. Sue was amazing. She was so kind, patient, and understanding. I wish more locations in the health industry especially, had people like her caring for patients. And the gentleman that removed my wisdom teeth did phenomenal. The procedure only took a minute and I really felt little to no pain. HIGHLY recommend this location and will be coming back for additional surgeries and share it with others I know. So very pleased and grateful for the experience I had.

8 months agoGreat staff all around. I had very friendly nurses for my surgery!! I had Dr. Wagner for my wisdom teeth removal and he was very informative at my consultation and super friendly as well! This was my first visit here and would definitely go back! Very relaxed and fast procedure, I was knocked out completely with IV sedation and woke up 30 minutes later walking out the door! Pricing was way less than I thought it would be as well, I did have insurance through work.

11 months agoI highly recommend this office and a big thank you to Doctor Wagner, his assistant Linda, and another assistant whose name I'm unfortunately forgetting (female, tall, blonde, glasses). You were all so amazing! I was very anxious before the procedure, but they all managed to calm me down and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I really appreciate how polite they all were and how they made sure I was comfortable. I removed my impacted wisdom teeth and used IV sedation. I didn't feel anything, I closed my eyes and when I opened them we were all done! Thank you everyone for making this experience much better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much!

a month agoSuch a great team of individuals. Each and every one of them seemed to care a lot about their patients. Huge shout out to doctor Kimmel, you’re the best. I ended up with dry socket after my wisdom tooth got pulled but the entire team worked hard to get me back in as much as I needed to help me through it. Also they worked with my insurance to get me money back for the procedure. Seriously they rock!

4 months ago** Update** I took my daughter to a pediatric dentist today. Dr. Wagner failed to mention to us in looking at my daughter’s panoramic x-ray that she is missing FOUR adult teeth. The dentist I saw today was dumbfounded that this wasn’t mentioned to us at our consultation with the oral surgery associates. I am SO GLAD I decided to go elsewhere and that my daughter’s extensive dental work will not be handled by dr. Wagner, oral surgery associates, or Anderson family dental. I got a referral to the oral surgery associates to have one of my 8 year old daughter’s baby teeth pulled due to a cavity. We first had a consultation which consisted of dr. Wagner looking in my daughter’s mouth for one second (literally) and saying “yes this needs to be pulled.” We already had the referral from the dentist explicitly stating that. I asked dr. Wagner a question or two and he was very dismissive and impersonal. My daughter attempted to talk to him about what he was going to be doing and he stared at her blankly. I left with a bad feeling but scheduled the extraction (a month and a half out, which was the earliest appointment available) anyway. Shortly after that, I started hearing horror stories from co-workers and friends about his poor bedside manner and lack of compassion throughout traumatic dental surgery procedures. It confirmed my suspicion that I didn’t want him working on my daughter. I called to reschedule with a different doctor and was told that I would need to “start the consultation process all over again.” I cancelled and am taking my daughter to a pediatric dentist that does extractions, like I should have in the first place. This was a waste of time and money but I’m grateful that we dodged a bullet.
