Amazing and painless tooth extraction. It hurt so little, and he got it out so fast that I was shocked to hear he was done. Before today I was terrified of getting another tooth extracted. The one I got at aspen dental was the most painful experience of my life. For some perspective, I boxed and wrestled most of my life. Wrestled 5 matches in the state tourney with a freshly broken nose. That pain didn't compare to my tooth extraction from aspen dental. Queale somehow made it painless and quick. Couldn't be happier. He was so certain in his ability to make it painless that he calmed me down. Poked fun at me for how anxious I was the whole time(I deserved it.) 😅 but yeah, dudes a pro. I'm really hoping he does tooth implants.

I escorted my daughter to her wisdom teeth extraction surgery, and would not recommend Dr. Queale. I met him during her recovery and would describe him as an arrogant man with terrible bedside manners. He referred me to a paper every time I had a question instead of answering it. He then spent about 15 minutes explaining why he wouldn’t answer the questions and citing statistics from a study that said I wouldn’t remember the answers, when it literally would have been quicker to just answer them. When he made a comment about “stupid questions” I was done.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The murrysville office is an absolute nightmare to even get a hold of. They never answer their phones. I’ve had to call the Greensburg office multiple times to somehow get to them. My surgery was an absolute nightmare. I know multiple people who have gotten their wisdom teeth out here and have had endless complications afterwards. The front desk people are nasty. They completely messed up with my boyfriends surgery and deemed it as a “no show”. Back to them never answering their phones, we relentlessly called them to figure out the situation just to it being resulted by Dr. Queale saying he is going to “refuse to treat” him if we call the office one more time. My best friend just ended up in the emergency room the other night because of how poorly her surgery went. Her family said the same thing about how rude the staff members are. Very unprofessional.

If I could give less than 1 star I would love to, unfortunately that’s not possible. Being in the military I had to reschedule the first appointment because I had to go across the country with a few days notice, I was notified that I would have another day at a certain time. Well the date arrived and they said that they would be taking me the next day, not actually the date we both agreed on, well that made it so I had to leave work early and make life harder for my fellow service members. Just to arrive to find out that they gave me a time in which the office was already closed, this place is definitely run by children that are very new to business. I couldn’t recommend you to stay AWAY from this place more, they will waste your time unapologetically without a moment of hesitation.

The office of Robert W. Queale and Michael J. Buckley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed from them and they said that they would call the day before my appointment with the time to come in and instead called 3 days prior to confirm my appointment but didn’t tell me a time. I called them the morning of asking what time I was supposed to come in and they said I was a “no show” and the doctor might not treat me now when it was their fault for not telling me a time. I explained to the receptionist that I was never given a time and she was EXTREMELY rude not letting me speak telling me how they would never do anything like that and not tell someone a time for their appointment. I even told her how I understand if the woman who called made a mistake and forgot to give me a time and she kept shutting me down and not letting me speak. It also took me 3 hours of calling to make an appointment. These people NEVER answer the phones. I called 17 times one day to try to get a new appointment for my wisdom teeth before having someone answer. Some times they would answer and then hang up immediately. Once I got an appointment the receptionist told me that Robert Queale wanted to tell me “if I called one more time he won’t treat me”. Everyone in that office are nasty and disgusting individuals. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
