I’ve never had an unpleasant experience during my appointments. Honestly this has to be nicest group of people I’ve ever dealt with in a doctors office. The team is always professional and very accommodating. Dr. Hardison is dedicated, thoughtful, and a compassionate doctor. He’s very thorough and his goal for his patients is a healthy outcome.

I've had two appointments at this dental office. They were so caring and understanding. Dr. Hardison was thorough and talked to me with respect. Lisa was absolutely amazing, she walked me through everything and commended me on my efforts of doing my best. This was the best dental experience I've ever had and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Super quality care. I went to NOVA Perio with a broken front tooth around April '22, and they were able to find an early appointment for the extraction, then talked me through the process and financing for a permanent implant. Dr Hardison was patient and attentive with my questions and transparent in what steps the procedure would involve, and staff and reception were all very friendly. Within a few weeks I had a full implant, and by November I was able to get a crown installed by my primary dentist. A year on, and I could not recommend their services enough. - James

Be mindful if you are someone needing extensive work. There is a serious challenge with getting you scheduled and staff understanding your needs with insurance. They should be honest that they are not in a position for new patients. But maybe the income with exams is commission based. Please also note when calling the office the transparency was not clear. My aim here is to help the individual who knows the extensive work you need done and find a place experienced with the full picture. It's humbling to trust a practice knowing the list of care you need. Thankfully I found another practice whose aim is long term care. I wouldn't wish for anyone to experience the runaround or unprofessionalism I received.
