6 months agoMy son saw Francis and my daughter went to a private room with Tasha. They were BOTH treated with the UTMOST patience and care by these two wonderful professionals. My daughter has major anxiety when it comes to seeing doctors so I was not expecting much when we arrived for our first appointment today. Tasha showed my daughter the tools and personified the tools in a friendly and patient manner. She was calm and treated my daughter as if she were her own child. We are absolutely, 100% pleased with our experience!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

2 months agoThis was our first more in depth dental procedure for my nervous six year old after several routine cleanings. I can’t thank the team here enough. Professional but warm, comforting, and so skilled. They explained everything to my son in such an easy way. The team asked several times if we had any questions and then narrated all the steps. My son was calm as could be and we walked out feeling so good. My son even wants to switch to seeing Dr Lydia for his future visits. Thanks for making this office feel so welcoming and professional

4 months agoMy kids have been seeing Dr Woo since they were 3 years old. She is absolutely the best! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation. They saw Dr Woo today at the ages of 18 and 17. My 17 year old was terrified when he was younger. She was able to calm him down and get him through the appointment. He is obviously not afraid of the dentist anymore and thinks very highly of her. All of the people at the practice are friendly and very nice. It is a happy place.

a year agoIt’s a beautiful office with lots of friendly staff and I can definitely see how they are being careful with Covid-19. They currently only allow one parent/adult with the patient. Dr. Woo is wonderful with kids and although this place is more than 25mins away, we are willing to switch our dentist to here for our kiddos. They have two private rooms for operations and xray and have 5 chairs outside for cleaning and minor services. Definitely recommend!

4 months agoNOVA pediatrics is awesome. I've taken both my kids there since they were toddlers (for a decade). The place is clean, modern, and completely set up for children. The x-ray "blanket" is small for little kids with a big smiley face. There are like ten different cleaning paste flavors and they get a token to get a little gift from the coin machine. The technicians are all very friendly and speak with every lid like they are the special guest (which they are). My kids get excited when they find out that they have appointments coming up, and my inner child (possibly adult, too) gets a little envious. I can't say enough good things about this dentistry. Oh! I also asked at what age they don't qualify as "pediatric" any more. Apparently there is no precise age and they said around 18 or so the kids decide to go elsewhere. So my kids may end up going there forever!
