Had my first visit here and I was really impressed. My appointment was at 11 and I was seen AT 11 - a new experience for me at the dentist - and both the hygienist and the dentist were incredibly friendly and efficient. Everyone inside also completely observed COVID restrictions. This was just a cleaning and examination, so I cant comment beyond that, but I'll definitely be coming here for the foreseeable future.

Was referred to New Way Dental by a friend who was able to get their wisdom teeth extracted within 2 weeks of calling. I was very pleased with the service provided by the front end staff and the doctor and assistant in the back. They are very accommodating and although they book out months in advanced if you are able to follow up and check on cancellations they get you in very soon. Love the service and the work that was done on my teeth.

terrible at communication. Wanting to be a new patient i originally filled out the online form... never heard back so a few weeks later I called a few times and left a message which still took about 3 days to get a call back. but when they needed something from me, they were able to call me multiple times that day with their issues. Okay so now here I am trying to schedule my next appt... I called multiple times again, specifically not during any time which might be lunch, I left a message with name, phone no and said I'm a returning patient. Nobody ever even called me back... so in that time of no response (maybe 3 weeks) I found a new dentist and already had an appt. save your time and go elsewhere if they don't even have the decency to reply Note to their reply: i just checked the website and there is a new patient, appointment request, and a contact us request form so yes, you do have them. Glad to see you can reply to a negative Google review but can't return a patient phone call. Speaks magnitudes of your business

Don't know how to rate them...they don't respond to messages sent via their website (1) or messages left at their office (3). Always get their voicemail, not a live person - ? Had hoped to find out more about their services. Not worth working this hard to get it... *UPDATE* They finally returned my call after 4 messages over 2 weeks. A Woman (didn't say her name), left a message with no apology and didn't answer all the questions I posed. Unprofessional...

Ugly ugly uglyyyyy omg I went there and Margarita Montalvo filled one of my teeth when she put the anesthesia was too rude that happened one week ago and today I saw my tooth and is broken she broke my tooth and I have a pain in my mouth for the anesthesia after that. because she is too rude omg I never come back to that place I’m trying to find another dentist to fix the tooth she broke I think she is not approved to work in USA the place is not clean neither I’m so mad 😡😡😡
