8 months agoThis office is AMAZING! The office staff is so friendly and helpful especially the office manager Amanda! We were having issues with our insurance not covering the crown I had done and Amanda sent all the proper attachments in to help get it covered. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. The doctor and other staff were also so professional.

10 months agoThis office is great! They got me in for a broken crown quickly and made sure I was comfortable (giving me a blanket when I mentioned I was cold) and Dr. Gulati and Carmen explained what they were doing as they went and made sure I was doing okay. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Vanessa even helped me navigate my insurance! Would definitely recommend!

3 months agoFYI The staff regularly offers incentives such as gift cards to show proof that you put a review of them on google so do keep that in mind if you see a positive review. The staff seems fairly incompetent with billing so it is unlikely others have not had issues unless they just trust the office is billing them correctly and do not research it on their own. I received that offer a couple of times. I am posting this on behalf of my Husband. This is for Wes and Meredith Moffett and I have experienced very poor treatment from staff as well. I recommend staying away from this dentist and anyone associated, because the practice has gone downhill especially since the new office manager, Amanda arrived a few years ago. It seems she will find any way to not actually help a patient and be condescending. We had been patients for many years and they started overcharging us on any visit or quotes so we would have to get reimbursed after insurance. They would also schedule us incorrectly for our cleanings so we would have to wait a very long time several times for our appointments to be complete. Amanda came across as very rude when we tried to speak with her about this and did not seem to care about the issues. We gave them another chance and prior to me having a lot of work done on my teeth, they kept sending me incorrect benefits information saying that I would owe a lot more than I should. I asked about this prior to the appointment several times through email and on the phone and was told it was the porcelain upcharge that was making the difference. This was not true. I found out later that the dentist had gone out of network just 6 days prior to my previously scheduled appointment so they ended up overbilling me $300. They refunded part of it up to what the out of network would allow but they pocketed $165 more than they should have overall because of them no longer being in network. They knew this, but seemingly as retaliation for my previous complaints, purposely did not tell me this. Once I found out, I wanted to speak with Dr. Eberlein about it. We made many attempts and kept being given the run around. Then, we ended up being ignored and ultimately Amanda would not allow us to speak to the dentist. We also tried calling to speak with the office manager Amanda about this and after being put on hold would be lied to and told she is not available when we knew she was and that she would call back and she never did. We never received any warning or explanation so it is clear they knew they had done this and just would not speak to us about it. We knew that someone higher would have to help with it and persisted to ask for it to be escalated. We finally heard from Dr. Eberlein but Amanda had told him incorrectly that we had already been given in network pricing and stated that an amount that they put in as extra charge due to them being overpaid by my insurance and myself was a write off (stating they credited me) when it was actually a charge beyond what the charges should have been to make the books correct and not show a negative credit owed balance for me. He did not look at the math which is very obvious and seemingly condoned how I was treated and overcharged. Then we were told he received our emails trying to explain the obviously incorrect information from Amanda but were ignored again. to us Bad customer service, dishonest, and they will find ways to get more money from you than they should!
