9 years agoGreat, personable people who aren't pushing thousands of dollars of unnecessary "preventative" crowns. My previous dentist of over 30 years never mentioned the word "crown" to me. He retired and the dentist who bought his practice said "Well, you better get used to it. Every time you see me for the next few years I'll be installing 'crowns' that are going to cost you about $600 each." I went to another dentist who said/did the same thing. Dr. Michalak and his staff have this unusual viewpoint: "Don't fix it if it isn't broken"! I'm so happy I decided to switch to Dr. Michalak! Oh, the last Dental Hygienist I experienced had mental issues that caused me to be hesitant to go back. Amy, (man, I hope I remembered her name), at Dr. Michalak's, was great!
