Simply an amazing experience! As amazing as a dental experience can get, especially for someone like myself who does not like the idea of going to the dentist. Dr. Reyes and his staff are phenomenal, they provide great hospitality and customer service. Dr. Reyes is extremely pleasant to work with, he listens with care and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. He has a great sense of humor and a soothing personality that helps calm your nerves while sitting in that chair. What I also love about this place is that they are honest, meaning that you don’t get that used-car salesperson type of experience that you usually get from a dentist, they tell you exactly what you need and what needs to be done at an honest price. I also love the fact that the staff at melrose answers ANY dental related questions with pure enthusiasm, meaning that you don’t get that angry person on the line that makes you feel like you are bothering them with your questions. They take their time with you and answer all your questions politely without hesitation. While they are performing their dental services, Dr. Reyes and his staff ensure that you feel comfortable and don’t experience any pain. In all my years visiting various dental establishments, this is by far my favorite, and I highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you’re looking for a “family oriented/friendly” type of environment and experience in a dental establishment. Also, the results from the services they performed have been phenomenal, A+ for their staff and results!

I could not be more happy with the quality of care I received. Coming from someone with major dentist anxiety. That says alot. Everyone there has been wonderful throughout my last 6 visits and I could not be more thankful to have found this dental practice. Thank you doctor O'Connor and Reyes!

Dr O’Conner is amazing. I’ve had some terrible experiences with past dentist and she has been absolutely wonderful. She doesn’t judge and is very caring. Dixie is also extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly everyone I have met there has really made my experiences for my multiple appointments great. Thank you all!!

IVE NEVER HAD A DENTIST OFFICE THAT MADE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME THEN THIS ONE. ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE AMAZING, THEY ARE SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND EVERY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A POSITIVE ONE! THEY HAVE GOTTEN ME IN RIGHT AWAY FOR 2 DENTAL EMERGENCIES, FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS FEELING BETTER. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PRACTICE!!! LOVE THEM AND SO HAPPY I FOUND THEM!

It has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a Dental Office!! Dr. Reyes, Dixie Dr. O'CONNOR and Staff were so professional and NICE!! THE work that Dr. REYES performed was excellent!
