Always a great time there and I've been here 5 years. I don't know why anyone would give it 1 star, but I love this place, the staff, and Dr. Alanis is very professional and nice.

I was provided with excellent service and enjoyed the most courteous, friendly and professional people I have been privileged to encounter. This is the best dental care I've ever experienced!

Excellent staff. The hygienist was very patient and polite with me. I was able to signal for a break as frequently as I needed to and wait for my anxiousness to pass. Her understanding was very much appreciated. Dr. Alanis was very verbose in his explanations and took the time to explain everything which made the whole process a pleasant experience. Will be recommending everyone to this office.

Staff was kind of rude when I called to ask for an appointment, I left a message for them to return my call, they didn't return my call til the next day and didn't have anything available til 6 weeks from the day they called me, they weren't working with me at all as to seeing Dr Alanis sooner after I explained to them I was in tremendous pain. I def would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
