Dr. Marcel and his team are awesome! I was referred to his office by my dentist to get Invisalign. My first consultation was with Julie. She was very sweet and extremely helpful. She went over the different pay plans with me and helped me make the best choice. The other girls in the officer were also extremely sweet and helpful. They went over what I should expect during my treatment. My next appointment was set out about a month so Invisalign had a chance to make all my aligners. I got a call from Dr. Marcel a couple days prior to my appointment apologizing that my trays didn’t arrive in time so we had to push my appointment out (this was no big deal, I was sick anyways and was going to have to cancel my appointment). I knew that this wasn’t the offices fault, and things happen. They were very quick to reschedule me a new appointment. When I went in for my appointment, they were SO sweet and gave me a gift card for my trays not coming in on time. They totally didn’t have to do that, I knew it wasn’t their fault and it was no big deal, but they really do care about their patients. The gesture was very sweet. The girl who put my brackets on for me was very sweet and did a great job. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this office. The whole experience has been great and the staff are awesome. You can tell they take their work seriously and really do care about their patients. I would 1000% recommend Dr. Marcel and his team to anyone who needs orthodontic work done.

Absolutely a wonderful office. I’m so glad I made the decision to come to Dr. Marcel’s office to get my Invisalign’s done. They took their time correcting my bite and straightening my teeth. I was in and out very efficiently. They remodeled their office and it looks amazing. Thank you so much!

Marcel Orthodontics made the whole process SEAMLESS. They were always quick to answer the phone or get back to our weekend emergency voicemails. They always accommodated our hectic schedule. They have a very CLEAN, up to date office, and most of all a very friendly and educated staff. I recommend this orthodontist to anyone and everyone.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Great service, I had an appointment on my birthday, and they gave me a balloon and chocolate, it was so sweet! Would recommend!

Dr. Marcel and his staff were always a pleasure to visit. My daughter had a big beautiful smile and was braces free after just 17 months. Kinda sad now that my daughter's done...their waiting area has the best massage chairs.
