a year agoMy experience was good and everything went smoothly. I felt comfortable from beginning to end and all the staff were more than accommodating to any of my questions or needs. Highly recommend to anyone I know.

2 months agoI was told treatment would be 15 months. I asked specifically if it went over would I be charged extra, as my teeth were very very crooked and I have never heard of someone with such bad teeth getting done that fast. I was told of course not. Today I’m at 18 months and I don’t think I’m even close to the end. Half way through treatment they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. With covid and everything I couldn’t get scheduled for that for 4 months out I got sick and had to push that appointment out even further. Now they are telling me they will start charging me an additional 150 a month because my treatment has gone over. I did miss a couple appointments as I was sick but definitely not a years worth of appointments which is what I’m probably going to be going over and I’ll have to pay 150 a month for that year. Unless you have unlimited funds do not go here. The doctor hasn’t even seen me for about a year only assistants. So after paying about 8k I’ll now have to pay an additional 150 a month. On top of all the girls at the front desk talking rudely about me because I missed appointments. Go somewhere else. Not worth the extra money to not even be seen by the ortho himself. And honestly sounds like they quote under just to charge extra.
