2 months agoPretty expensive and not the best customer service today. They wouldn't see is when we were 5 minutes late and wouldn't reschedule same day. Not what is expected for good customer service. There was no one in the waiting room or in the parking lot... Thank you for addressing all my concerns. Very thorough, caring, prompt and professional.

a month agoBest Orthodontist ever! A year ago I had to get braces and I was kinda excited! My first time in the orthodontist and I fell in love with everybody there! They are all so nice and welcoming. They made the experience worth it in the end. Dr. Alisha was AMAZING! She was so kind and funny! I just got my braces off a few days ago and I LOVE my teeth! My smile was so worth all of the sores I got in my mouth when I had braces. They are so straight and pearly white! Thank you, Kottemann Orthodontics, and more specifically Dr. Alisha for giving me the smile of my dreams! ❤️

6 months agoMy middle school son had braces put on here and it's been just over a month. He's been in pain and pieces keep falling off (springs, brackets, wires). When I try to get him seen, it's over a month wait for the next appointment. I've said something about pieces falling off on multiple occasions but have not gotten any response. We went here because our dentist recommended them but in hindisght I'd go elsewhere.

5 months agoThe doctor is so nice but the reason for the low review is the insane wait time for appointments. My daughter needs to be seen in a couple weeks and she cannot get in for FIVE weeks. This happens regularly. I had to pretty much beg for an appt when she had had missing pieces that were causing pain. The point of staying regular with Invisalign is to stay on schedule and be finished with the process. At this rate, we will be doing it for years. I for the life of me cannot understand it. They either have too many patients or not enough staff. I would go elsewhere.
