JP Dental Hartford

Went in for my wisdom tooth to be pulled. Appointment was at 4:30 and was headed home by 4:45. I was greeted with smiles by two wonderful secretaries. Dr. Chung is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep the tooth but understood why. All in all it was a good experience and would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality services.

Staff in this facility is very friendly & attentive. The Doctors are also very welcoming. Place is clean and kept up to date but most importantly homey. (which is something I look for). In the waiting room there is a nice selection of books to choose from. While you get your dental work done you get to listen to a music which is definitely a bonus. The hygienist Samantha was very patient & so was Dr. Chung. Never felt rushed and did not feel like I was another number. But instead felt like they cared & stand behind their work. This place is EXCELLENT overall. Great bedside manner & very professional. Would highly recommend.

Love the staff. Everyone is very warm and inviting. Dr. Jill is a super hero and her Dental Assistant, Jocelyn, is very patient and kind. They work very well together. Not only does Dr. Jill provide distinguished service, she educates you throughout your services and procedures. She is extremely thorough with work and attentive to her patient's needs. The office staff are really nice and the office is very modern and clean!

Best dentists ever!!! They helped my 4 year old fix a chipped tooth and were able to do it with ease and speed! Not to mention they got us in the day after he chipped it. Thank you so much! It looks good as new! And they are always amazing with my regular appointments and have professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!!!!

It was the first time that I took my child to JP Dental for filling. The front desk staffs explained the detail coverage issues of insurance patiently and friendly . We were very satisfied with Dr Chung’s professional skills.
