I enjoy my trips to Dr. Josh. All the dental hygienists are super sweet and kind. It’s also a plus that they aren’t scary in a place stereotypically known for that. They always call to remind me about my appointments and if I forget they diligently pay attention to cancellations and get me in ASAP. I’ve also referred them new patients because that’s how much I enjoy going there. Straight to the point and very professional. I love it there!

Has to be the worst run medical practice office ever!!.. Missed an appointment during covid and now when my teeth hurt and i call they tell you thry cant see you😂 what a joke. Sooner that the doc cuts the cord and gets mommy out of the office the better off he will be... Until then good luck because your office protocol SUCKS!! So much fir that oath they take to help someone in need of medical attention. Again this place is a JOKE

I'm really disappointed! I've been going to him for years! I called to cancel my appointment 1 hour before my appointment because my car wouldn't start. I understand it was last minute but it was beyond my control. I was told I would no longer be scheduled there. At first I was very confused and shocked. Never in my life have I heard of such policy! To never be warned that this was even their policy in the first place is very unprofessional!! I understand his time is important, but life happens! To not be understanding of that make you a poor doctor!

I had a hospital emergency with my 14 year old and had to cancel with less than 10 hours. They would not let me reschedule.was very rude with me on the phone. Showed no sympathy or concern. I am a single mom who works and my child has a disability. Maybe his health ins. Was the reason. Very rude people and will find another dentist.
