a month agoMy husband and I started going to Dr. Striebel in 2022, we both had MAJOR dental work to be done. After visiting this office, we both agreed, we will not go anywhere else for dental work. Dr. Striebel and his team are the absolute best at what they do! They treat each patient with TLC from the front desk to the check out and every step in between. Kim thoroughly explained the dental plan, insurance, and out of pocket cost at a level we could understand. We both have many more years of dental work ahead of us and now we can go into it with peace because we know it will be a calm, pain free experience. I only give "5 stars" when deserved and this practice deserves "6"!!!!!!!

in the last weekAs a new patient I found the entire interaction to be excellent. The scheduler worked diligently to improve on my appointment. The hygienist was enjoyable to talk with and knowledgeable. Dr. Striebel provided a thorough review of X-rays and educated me on next steps. I highly recommend John R. Striebel Dentistry. Thank you again, Mike.

a month agoI had a major dental phobia and I no longer have one thanks to Dr Striebel and his staff! They all went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease the entire time. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well as the assistants. Dr. striebels bed side manor is hands down the best. He was caring and answered all my questions. I'm a lifetime patient now. I can't say enough about how great they are.

a month agoI am only giving the second star because the hygienist and office staff were amazing and so kind. To be clear, this occurred one year ago. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. I have SEVERE dental anxiety. I called and asked if they could accommodate that, which they assured me would be fine. When I showed up for my exam, the doctor came in HOT. He said: “I am VERY good at my job. I make plenty of money and do not need to take you on as a patient if you’re going to have this level of anxiety.” I was not crying or expressing any kind of distress other than maybe stiff shoulders. He then told me I was going to lose my bottom left molar but that if I “wanted to try and save it” he would refer me to an endodontist. Obviously I said I did not want to lose the tooth. The next morning I missed work to see the endodontist on an emergency basis. Somehow, the office had told them the wrong tooth on the wrong side of my mouth. Once that was cleared up, the endodontist took x-rays. He told me nothing was wrong with the tooth and he was not entirely sure why they said there was a problem. I was so overwhelmed it took me a year to see a dentist again, which I did today. The new dentist today said there is nothing wrong with the tooth. No decay and no treatment required. To brag in such an aggressive and somewhat cruel way only to misdiagnose my tooth was certainly a choice. I would recommend skipping this office and finding a dentist that values empathy in practice.
