Jayne E. Delaney, DDS and Rory N. Smith, DDS

My daughter has seen Dr Delaney for many many years and she always has been the nicest and most profession plus smart. She has taken care of her teeth so well, I can’t get my daughter out of the office. She loves going to the dentist, I also got many ideas for toys to buy from what she has on hand for the kids to play with. She has made my daughter’s experience so positive that my daughter is not afraid at all. You can not say that about all doctors. I sometime wish she take of adults but tmi. She is a great doctor, I don’t say that lightly I have experience not so good ones. My daughter has autism and when she was young I found Dr Delaney who totally was the perfect dentist.

Dr. Delaney and her son, Dr. Smith are both amazing pediatric dentists who know how to make kids calm and comfortable in the dental chair. The kids actually look forward to their dentist appointments, even when they know they are going to have a tooth taken out, they just make it so fun and non-threatening. The staff is professional and kind, the waiting room is set up for kids of all ages and the hygienists are very nice and have a soft touch with the kids. I can't recommend this dentist highly enough!

I never thought that my 3-year-old son would tell me that he wanted his dentist to come to his birthday party, but that’s exactly what happened after his latest check up. Dr. Rory is kind, confident, and has a great rapport with kids right off the bat. I was kind of dreading my son’s first trip to the dentist, but it’s been both but a wonderful experience every time we’ve been there.

Dr. Delaney was my son’s dentist until we moved out of Alexandria to another country. He had no issues going to the dentist and adored the tokens he used to get at the end of the appointments. She has a very nice way with kids and the office environment is welcoming and relaxed. Recently, I contacted her for advice on an unconventional orthodontic treatment being recommended for my son and she put me in touch with Dr. Herbert Hughes, a local orthodontist who provided me with his excellent expert advice at no charge and put me at ease. I am very grateful for her help.

Dr. Delaney is fantastic, my 13 yo son has been seeing her since he was a toddler. Always on time, efficient, with a great staff, hygienist, receptionist, and scheduler. My son is not an easy patient due to his sensory processing disorder, but he has done well, no cavities or any other issues. Although Dr Delaney is not part of my insurance network, I rarely pay any out pockets, or very minimal amounts. She is a superstar!
