I had my appointment today and as always the energy I get from everyone is positive & laid back. I love my dentist! On time and so efficient. I recommend them to everyone👊

I am not sure I will be going back to Dr Villarreal. I had an appointment earlier this month to have some fillings. I arrived to the office a little early and they took me to the back. The last time I had work done they put the numbing gel in my mouth prior to getting shots. This time the doctor did the shots with no numbing gel. It happened so fast I didn’t have time to say anything. The shots really hurt and made me tear up. After the shots I was left alone in the chair and noticed the TV was off. The TV was on when I was brought to the chair. I sat there at least 30 minutes waiting for the Dr Villarreal. Staff was walking around, no one asked if I wanted the tv on. The dentist finally started working on my fillings. After he had been working for a little while I told him I could feel what he was doing and it hurt. I had been waiting so long the shots were wearing off. He continued working and I told him it hurt. I felt that the job was rushed. I just felt that my appointment was an afterthought and not appreciated as a patient. I am not sure I will be going back to this office after my experience.

***BEWARE*** Honestly trusted this office. I sent my son here to have a band removed from a space maintainer that was placed on because he had two primary molars removed and it was to allow the space to maintain open while the adult teeth came in. One side had popped off and the wire began to hurt him so we did what we could at home until we could get him in to the dentist. I had spoken with the receptionist regarding this and she called me saying if it was just the removal of the band there would be no charge unless doctor recommended other treatment. Fine. Understood. Only to get a call back today telling me while my son is in the chair and numbed, it is going to cost me around $126 dollars to remove the band and additional $28 for the recommended mouthwash to heal the gums. The doctor had called and advised me that it was because of how it had to be coded and that it was considered Ortho. MY SON HAS NEVER BEEN TO AN ORTHODONTIST IN HIS LIFE. It was a space maintainer for my sons molars to be able to move in and was literally just a band that had to be removed now. Long story short this office will SCAM you out of any penny they possibly can regardless of what they tell you before hand. One last thing, he runs his office like a military and makes his staff feel uncomfortable. I only know this because the way he spoke to the dental assistant that was helping him while I was getting my treatment done was INSANE. ZERO respect for women. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and my family wont either.

Worst experience with a dentist… went in to get 12 extraction.. and to receive my immediate dentures with came out to look like horse teeth..after paying over 1000.00 dollars …please consider to go some place else cause it is not worth your money or time.. if you are not Mexican don’t go there because that is who he caters to
