iSmile Dental Spa

I moved to Carmichael roughly 2 years ago and needed a dentist nearby and found iSmile. When I first walked in the receptionist, Jasmine, was super sweet and welcoming. Then I met with the dental assistants and Dr. Soto who are really knowledgeable. They also listen to the procedures and order in which you want things done and takes the time to explain them to you. They also communicate very well through texts and calls. Even though I moved out of the area, I still go here because of their service. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Best dental place around!!! Like many people I am not a fan of the dentist (like I’ll wait until I’m dying to go in) but this place is amazing! Dr. Soto and Dr. Gutierrez are amazing, very knowledgeable and great at walking you through what treatments you need or would be best for you. Their expertise and work is impeccable. The front office staff is amazing as well, always greeting you by name and walking you through the billing aspect of everything. This dental office takes the time to build relationships with their patients, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could give more stars! This place is welcoming, professional, kind, clean, and patient. I wasn't rushed at all, and after being seen, I was taken to a room for a consultation and treatment plan where I could ask questions and have everything broken down for me. My insurance was reviewed, and options were given with visual aids to help me understand what I needed and why. I have never been treated so well by any kind of doctor office in my life! I love them! Also, they put on videos about baby animals while I was being checked out. I have always been jealous of my kids Dentist for doing this and now I can be distracted too! 😃

I have been and faithful patient of Dr. Soto and his wife for over 15 years; in all of that time I have been happy to say that the service and attention to patient needs has always been their top priority. If you are in need of excellent and healthy dental hygiene services with HEART. Make iSmile Dental Spa the only place you go for great dental care, They always remember your name and why you came.

I am very, very disappointed with this. I never have to write reviews, but this was the one time that I just had to. My husband needed his dentures checked and needed a cleaning. The front desk lady told us to wait and that someone would come. I believe the front desk woman was a doctor(?). While my husband and I are waiting, we see multiple cockroaches huddled in a corner. I felt very disturbed and disgusted; but I pushed past it thinking I would get it done and leave ASAP. We were waiting for 3 HOURS until someone came and got my husband. I went with him because he has some issues and needs assistance. Right of the bat, the doctor was already rude and disrespectful. My husband was very nice and polite, but I was fuming, but I kept my mouth shut so we could get this done quick. The cleaning was done and while we were leaving, we again saw multiple cockroaches. I didn’t like the experience my husband and I had. We were polite and respectful. I don’t know if the doctor was in a bad mood that day or what; but it was a horrible experience. Please do not support businesses that don’t have any form of professionalism. I will not be coming back here. And please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
