Image Dental

I recently moved to the Dallas area and was in need of finding a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Tran by a friend. Truth be told, I hate all the processes involved with validating insurance coverage whenever you start with someone new. I was surprised how quickly his staff was able to verify my coverage and gave me the breakdown of the cost for my procedures. Dr. Tran took his time and examined my teeth and explained what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. He made me feel like he's been my dentist for over several years. I have never experienced such professionalism at a dentist office. Thanks for giving me such a great first time visit!

Love this dentist office. I have never been to a facility where everyone is friendly and helpful all the time. The office is very clean, organized, and it's incredibly easy to make appointments. Talking to Kristy (sp?) is like talking to an old friend. She is so pleasant. Ally (sp?) is really fun to talk to while getting prepped for the doc. Dr. Tran is great and will take the time to answer any question you have. As will Kristy and Ally. I recommend Image Dental in Dallas. He has another location in Carrollton where his sister is the full time dentist, I'm sure that office is ran just as efficiently!

Dr. Tran was vague about difficulties of my procedure and recovery. Talked to me as if I were a child. When I attempted to hold him accountable for inadequate information he made as if it were my fault and recommended anti-depressants. I feel he acted outside of his integrity with misinformation and lack of information. Also, I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance, and was not told that that day's procedure would require an appointment the following day. I had to reschedule due to plans which could not be changed at last minute. Again, the implication from staff was that I was inconveniencing them because I could not make a Friday appointment on 24 hour notice following a Thursday appointment I had made 6 weeks earlier. I would NOT recommended Dr. Tran to anyone.

Very nice. Dental Hygienist did a great job. However, Dr Tran told me all these things I really needed to get done. Whiting, straitening, my fillings were too full.. etc. Then I received constant calls to come in and get the $3000+ amount of work done. I only needed my composite fixed, even though it didn't bother me, but it didn't look amazing. He fixed it, then 8 months later it has chipped and has major sensitivity. Nice guy but it didn't look right anyways and must have been cheap material. The composite I had before lasted 17 years. This one lasted less than 8 months.

Set an appointment for 1 primary concern, $400+ later and multiple promises that they just needed to take care of this PRIMARY issue first, that initial concern was never addressed. But I was given down a comprehensive list of why they had 28 more visits for me
