Another great appointment - friendly staff and no issues. Highly recommend!! There have been some billing issues and charges from the past year which I don’t completely understand. Not huge charges but unsure why we are paying for services that were previously rendered. Office manager said they had a new company and the are auditing. Waiting to speak with mgr on Thursday to clear things up.

This is a wonderful dentistry experience. The staff is friendly and aware. They listen and understand, especially if you don’t enjoy going to the dentist like me. I highly recommend!

Great visit to get my teeth cleaned. The technician was very efficient and gentle. Dr. Correa examined my teeth and mouth after the cleaning and she was thorough and gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I felt well cared for.

I have had multiple visits to this location and received wonderful service. The doctors and nurses were polite and helpful. I received a night guard from them, and I paid cash for what the insurance did not cover. No problems whatsoever. Within the last week, I was notified that I owe $150 for a previous visit. (I have not been to this location in almost 2 years.) I called to get an understanding of this, and the manager was not available but was told I’d hear back from them. I did not. A couple of days later, I received ANOTHER bill saying I still owe money. I called again to see if the manager was available, but my call was dodged 14 times until the manager picked up to tell me she has only been there for a week. I don’t know what changes have been made in the last week, but it’s not looking good. Usually a company will upgrade their staff for better service, but this seems like a downgrade.
