Dr. Correa was very polite and courteous. Her examine was very thorough. In addition, Breanna, Dental Hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The ambience in this dentist office is excellent. They make you feel at home all the way from the office staff to the dentist.

Went in for 1st visit today due to tooth ache which started while on vacation. Dr. Correa & Marisol could not have been more polite, friendly, caring and made me feel extremely comfortable. The exam & procedure were explained thoroughly and I was at complete ease throughout my visit. Can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and demeanor and I left completely satisfied. Much appreciated. This will be my go to dentist office from now on.

Exceptional!! Iliana (front office) was so friendly, polite, and understanding. Breanna (hygienist) was amazing! She was courteous, extremely professional, and did an outstanding job!! Dr. Correa is top notch! Blessed to have this Dentistry in Helotes. Thank you team for such amazing experience!!

Sad to write this but 1) they never return a call 2) they don’t answer their phone 3) they don’t submit correctly to insurance 4) they have little front office help. We have gone to them for a few years now and will now never go back. My husband had an extraction and implant. When we tried to get the rest of the work completed, after being canceled without notification, and of course we had to take time to actually go up there bc again they do not answer the phone, they said we’d have to pay $600 for the rest of the work. I verified it with the insurance before his appointment. He went up there, taking more hours off work, for them to say they’d not do any work until we paid $1700 more on top of $1532 already paid. We have good dental insurance and I (being a nurse) keep track of bills, claims, etc. we are done with them, found another dentist, and filed a claim with the dental insurance bc come to find out they actually owed us money bc they overcharged us.

To preface, this is based on the last several visits all of my family members have had separately at this office after long time of going here. Only posting this for anyone thinking about switching to this office as it has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. Previously, the staff was great. Always answered, always helped, and was always kind. More recently, however, after a change in certain staff members, the service from most has been awful. The phone is never answered either because the wrong phone number is posted both on google and the website or because the staff does not care to answer the phones anymore nor return the calls. Several times we have entered and not been helped for upwards of 10 mins because multiple staff members are too busy chatting away behind the counter right around the corner. We have been quoted different prices for work that needed to be done multiple times as well as accidentally being charged multiple times only to say money is still owed. And the only excuse they can come up with is “sometimes the insurance representatives lie” as they repeatedly talk over you when asking questions and leave you with no actual assistance. Cancelling appointments with no form of contact followed by more excuses. The list continues but overall the new staff in the front office is inconsiderate, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would like to mention that the dentists and doctors are still pretty great, however, that is only noticed if you can get passed the terrible service upfront. Disappointing considering how great it used to be.
